Screens of two FMCs are also available – so I can click them and show the 2d panel. Two nav displays are visible so that I can monitor LNAV and ILS or VOR indication at the same time. In this view I can see everything I need to control the plane on departure and approach. Cockpit views Pilot view (Num 8 – up arrow on the numeric keyboard) If you don’t use TrackIR at all, you may leave this option enabled. TrackIR is disabled in panel views to make operations easier.
I created several views that I need to operate the plane and I added views that I like when taking screenshots. Special effects are disabled in my views. Make sure there is no conflict between EZDOK shortcuts and any keyboard shortcuts you may have in your FSX or P3D. I have assigned keyboard shortcuts to some of the views (numerical keyboard and numerical keyboard + ctrl). This profile was created in EZDOK v2 for the PMDG 747 v3 (QOTS II). It should be compatible with all models (freighter, BCM, ER, etc.), but you will have to import it several times (once for each 747 model). If you haven’t yet – you will need to set WideViewAspect=True option in section of your fsx.cfg. Different screens (especially smaller) may require adjusting this settings.

You will get the best results with this resolution (in either windowed or full screen mode). We are sure you'll enjoy the new features implemented by PRO-ATC/X.I created this profile for Full HD wide screens (1920×1080). It will even be controlled to avoid collisions with your aircraft when airborne. That means you won't get a clearance for takeoff when an aircraft is on final approach or still on the runway. The actual traffic (AI) continues to be controlled by the flight simulation but is detected and considered and even changed by PRO-ATC/X. AI - Automatically generated traffic by FSX, FSX/SE, P3D You can make use of the wizard we have integrated to configure and enhance the sophistication of background ATC. Many sound files have been implemented and numerous additional recordings are available on different web sites for free. That means you'll hear ATC originating from the country you are flying over, the radar sector you are in or even the airport you are taking-off from or landing at. Background ATCĪdditionally, authentic sound files can be played as background ATC which are frequency and coordinate dependent.
You can find further information under the 'Sound tab of our web page' if you are interested in recording an additional voice set. The result is a highly realistic pronunciation. Soundįor the communication between pilot/copilot and controllers or between pilot and copilot, we have recorded sound files specifically for PRO-ATC/X. With all copilot options enabled, there isn't much left for you to do - ideal for beginners! On the other hand, you can setup the options in a more realistic manner so that both the pilot and copilot share the workload or should you want to, delegate all cockpit tasks to the pilot! Not really a good idea.
Depending on the options you have set, the copilot is able to setup the autopilot, gear, flaps, speed brakes, lights as well as the nav-radio and the com-radio. Copilot supportĭuring the whole flight you'll be supported by your virtual copilot. Lower and upper airways are also taken into account. Standard instrument departure and arrival procedures are supported. Twelve (12) checklists can be processed in teamwork with your virtual copilot.

With PRO-ATC/X all steps of professional IFR flights are processed. So if you prefer "The Big Ones", you are for sure surfing on the right site. PRO-ATC/X is designed to control aircraft flying under Instrument Flight Rules (IFR). The implemented Flight Planner is able to calculate a whole route simply by defining departure and destination airports while editing a calculated route is still possible. PRO-ATC/X replaces Air Traffic Control in FSX, FSX/SE and P3D in an impressive manner. Things like copilot support, missed approaches, departure and arrival procedures (SIDs/STARs).įlying online is better, but here you'll be on your own once there is no controller in charge for a certain frequency - and our experience is, that many frequencies are not supervised during a flight. It may be sufficient for beginners, but once you get a shade more familiar with it, you'll probably notice soon that a lot of things are missing. The way Flight Simulator-X or FSX/SE or P3D controls traffic is more or less superficial.
